TaskMinder

School information is useful only when students can find it.

TaskMinder brings homework, exams, events, class files and substitution plans into one product. It integrates with DSBMobile’s Untis-based substitution-plan system, supports role-based access and runs on EU infrastructure. We implemented the integration after analysing the app’s API and confirmed the approach with both DSBMobile and Untis.

As co-founder and team lead, I coordinate planning, adoption and the public launch while building the backend and operating the deployment.

Designed around the school day, not a generic to-do list.

A student can open the dashboard, see what changed, inspect the next task and find the relevant file without searching through several chats and school systems.

A working product with real users and external recognition.
